This product is perfect for using on any part of your body that has been injured or bruised. I used it for a knee injury and it wraps the cold pack around and velcros closed. Extra gel pack makes it easy to switch out one for the other if needed. I only use for cold but it can be warmed as well.

I injured my knee, so the shape of this product with the strap to hold it in place is perfect! I have had no issues with the ice packs leaking or bursting, and I have been icing my knee at least 3x a day for the past month. The ice packs stay cold long enough to get a good icing session done. The only negative aspect is that the top and side of the cloth ice pack holder is coming apart. If the manufacturer just added some extra stitches on the top corners, there would be no issues. Other than that, I recommend this product!

These ice packs shipped quickly and do the job perfectly. They are large enough to fit around your neck or lower back. They can be put in the freezer or heated.

These are really nice! We have some older ice packs and needed an update so I got these. The holder/cover is nice material and the elastic is long and wide.

I bought a gel ice pack something like 15 years ago and use it constantly, but have always been frustrated with keeping it in place and getting it to fully freeze before using it again. I ordered this because my current pack is getting ratty and I wanted to have replacements in case it ever popped.These are great. The plastic of the gel packs is super thick, and it has held up great to being thrown around in my freezer so far. I've used them for ice and heat - both functions work exactly as advertised.The gel packs fit perfectly into the wrap, secure into it with velcro so they don't fall out, and the band on the wrap is stretchy and long enough to secure to pretty much any body part (even if you aren't super small around!). As a bonus, the wrap holds the gel pack tight to the treatment area which helps to make sure the heat/cold is getting where it needs to go.This product has changed the way I ice after activities. I'm now able to stay productive while icing instead of getting stuck on the couch, which is great with kids running around.

I’m not very impressed with the ice packs as they don’t get very cold and they don’t stay cold for very long. The are also a bit smaller than I thought they would be. I’ve used ice Packs for years for a variety of aches and pains such as muscle, & back aches as well as muscle pulls and have found them to be more substantial and sustaining..

My head keeps aching from overheating when working on the computer, so this has been helpful!👍 However, if you freeze these gel packs and wear them too soon, you may receive an "icecream headache".🍧 I recommend using it on your neck first, to let it thaw a little.⛄ I used to strap an ice pack to my forehead with a sock; this is much better!👍

I’m extremely disappointed. The wrap arrived without the actual ice pack, making it completely unusable. Since then, it’s been a nightmare trying to get a return or refund.. it's been back-and-forth and zero resolution. Total waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.
