Never been a fan of mature cheese, till now
Bought for my hubby to put in crackers over Christmas. I tried a sliver and now I'm converted. I've even been eating it without him having a few crackers of my own. Not too sharp as others have been previously for me.

Not the 550g as pictured
Good cheese, mature but not sharp. HOWEVER, Each time we have ordered this, we are sent either nothing or the 350g pack. This has happened at least three times, so have stopped ordering it.
