If you're referring to the pineal gland, and if you believe in the ways of our early ancestors, in that "like supports like," then our whole brain extract (w/ pituitary, hypothalamus and pineal tissue) may support pineal gland health. In biological systems, it's rarely one (or) the other that produces results (for good or bad) but rather the combination of diet, lifestyle and behavior. I have been advised by my doctor to consume 1-2oz of animal brain per week. How many capsules of this would be roughly equal to that amount?

Twelve capsules provides the approximate equivalent of one ounce of fresh whole brain that you’d get from your local farmer (or) butcher. With that said, if you're looking to consume 1-2 oz of animal brain per week, then you should consume 12-24 capsules per week (or 2-4 capsules per day).
