Best diaper cream. Does not have a smell and has a good thickness to it. But not too thick where it doesn’t wash off. Works very well. My baby is very sensitive skin and gets diaper rash easily. Nothing worked, Destin or aquafor or the pricey creams like Toby Todd or PINX

This stuff works great. I've used it on my kids diaper rash, my a bit older kids butt rash and it also works well for jock itch on top of your topical cream. I didn't realize zinc ointment also has anti itch properties and was very suprised it helped with the itchy burning from jock itch as well. I just wish it had a fragrance free smell as I do feel a bit embarrased using it on my adult self as needed and smelling like a diaper kid.

Although sometimes the oil splits from the cream, but if you squeeze the package to mix it up before using you are gold. It worked wonders for my daughters rash.
