When will this item be available in the UK again?

You need to contact the seller directly

Are many of these pastel colours also in the 40 brush marker set or the skin tones set as I already have both of those.

I'm pretty sure that the colours in the pastel set are different to the skin tone set so you wouldn't get any doubles. But if you did get doubles it would work in your favour as ohuhu markers aren't refillable.

Why are these not available for delivery to Northern Ireland

I don’t know but maybe if you go on to Ohuhu’s own website they may ship direct to you

How to get replacement ohuhu markers for markers that dried too quickly in UK?

I do not believe that you are able to buy Ohuhu markers singly and they currently do not do any refills but think that it is something that they are looking into. Hope this helps
