One bulb blew and the other goes orange not the full ultra violet it should be. No paperwork in packaging. So I don't have any way to contact seller. Very disappointed. It wasn't a knock off and was advised by Dr. to buy this specific brand. He literally handed me info while in his office. I sure hope to get a replacement or a refund. UPDATED REVIEW I contacted customer service on the damaged unit I received. Seems Amazon was at fault here, not steriShoe.
