I am up at 5 AM and I don’t like eating breakfast until 10 or 11 AM. This protein shake is a great way to get enough protein to start my morning and get through my exercise. It is not very sweet or heavy and easily digestible. I have tried the chocolate and the strawberry, but the vanilla is my favorite.

Pour a yummy prebiotic soda of your choice in to a big glass of ice and add a shot or two of the vanilla protein shake! My gym buddy turned me on to it, but it’s a healthier Italian soda basically! It’s actually really tasty!
