Games Workshop Eldar Wraithknight

Well...First the instruction book is wrong when it tells you to put the front armor on before you put the body parts that go underneath the front. Put the front armor piece on last after all the body is done. The model can be customized with the legs if you have some green stuff because you may want the legs in different posses. The arms have a lot of combinations with open and closed hands.There are 3 main weapon choices. Two of the weapons are ranged(one is great against horde weapons) and a close combat weapon with a shield that grants an Invulnerable save. You also get a choice to add 2 weapons with 3 choices. The Eldar Wraithknight makes the Wraith Lord obsolete in almost every aspect. Wraith Guard are still a great unit with a wave serpent for getting them close to fire their short ranged weapons.

It's everything a plastic model could be. Several parts to clean, glue, and then paint. And to top it off all the pieces were there, in the box! Seriously it's an excellent model and one of my favorites that GW has made.

Sadly, the item came with a considerable eatped injection frame. Some pieces won't fit at all.

This is a love-hate relationship. In the game, I love my Wraithknight. Nigh unstoppable unless leaving the rest of the Eldar army free to murder your oppoents army as they fully concentrate on it. The problem I have is with the model itself. The chest cavity is an awful design. I've had to break open the chest to re-glue to top plate of the waist back into place multiple times. I've finally got it under control after I've almost completely filled the chest cavity with modelling putty to hold the damn thing in place. This single model has caused more stress and outbursts of anger than the rest of the models in my 3 armies combined. Whoever designed this model should, frankly, be fired, or in an extreme case, pulled out back and shot.

The package was in plastic and new, only issue is when i recieved it there was a large bend in the box and sone of the weapons were broken inside the spruce. I was excited for this model but am really irritated that i got it damaged.
