Asterix Omnibus Vol. 3: Collects Asterix and the Big Fight, Asterix in Britain, and Asterix and the Normans

What a shame that this series is not more well known in the U.S. I grew up on these and love the humor and contextualization of Roman and Barbarian cultures, even if not very historic.

I grew up on these books. These hard covers are perfect for those of you wanting to collect the whole series to last for many years to come. Great gift for the kids too.

The omnibus kindle series of the Asterix series as a very good value and a great way to see the artistry from this old but not showing its age graphic comic series. The stories are funny and entertaining as a group of Gaul's, living in what now is France, hold out against Julius Caesar's troops with the help of a strengthening potion made by the village druid. The first 9 volumes of the stand alone series have been put into 3 omnibus volumes and I hope they put further omnibus volumes for kindle out.
