Excellent product
This walker is sturdy and reliable. Having moved from a two wheeled walker (required initially by my surgeon) to this, it’s like going from driving a Ford to driving a Bentley. It arrived without delay and was simple to assemble. After 5 weeks, my husband accidentally pulled on the locking brake too hard and it broke. The company was very responsive, sent a replacement brake quickly and also provided a video for how to install that part. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Very Poor Quality Product
Item was of poor quality, one of the metal bolts was sheared off and large scratch on paintwork.

Handles too small
Well made roller BUT not for large hands or someone with carpal tunnel scars . I wear mens XL gloves Hand grips are small, poorly oriented (turned inward) too hard, index fingers get jammed under the brake levers. Solution was to remove the foam sleeve from the back rest, remove the screws holding the brake levers in place, and remove the factory grips.(twist/slide off) The foam slleeve is tight but does slide off. Cut the sleeve 5 in. long and slide onto the handles; use water for lube. That pushes the brake levers forward so they jam against the curve in the tube handle and stay available. Or remove completely I used open cell foam (sleeping pad) on my walker but this foam is 10X better
