Cool and calming
Inlove how natural it looks, easy to apply. I am wary about so called "24 hours", "long-lasting" because those usually have harsh chemicals that can harm the eye. This is gentle and good.

Do not buy: Poor quality hardware, worst customer care
Horrible experience with the stick, it broke twice and i couldn't use half the quantity which was left. For this price point the quality of hardware is pathetic. I wrote to Forrest customer care and they are like " we don't care you deal with it", I'm never buying for them as it's a slowly doing brand that doesn't want to improve.

Looks used. No safety Or tamper proof seal on it.
Product did not come in a tamper proof, sealed pack like all FE products do. The corners of the box were folded and it looks like a returned, or worse.. used product. Returned the same after a long talk with Customer care team.

Forest essentials gulaab kajal is a scam
It's not up to the mark, can't be applied smoothly,very dry ,so costly,just discovered non transferable,feeling cheated .Even lakme kajal is so smooth

Made my eyes burn
I bought this because I wanted something organic and natural. But this makes my eyes burn and makes them watery. Tried it 5-6 times till now in the hope that the eyes would adjust but it doesn't help at all. Not recommended for those with sensitive skin and eyes.
