I bought these on the recommendation of a friend and had been suffering a little mentally at the time and thought why not after he had reported such good results. Bottom line is that I feel a lot better taking 1 cap a day for the last 5 months or so, the difference is incredible and I feel like I am the best I can be and the irritability and mood rollercoasters have all but vanished now. I feel calm. I feel composed and I feel like I am able to take on the lumps and bumps that life has to offer me so much better than I have been. I can see that it caused issues with another reviewer, however, that has not been my experience and I have had no weight or digestion trouble at all, in fact thanks to the mental shift I'm able to be a lot more healthy than I had before and am working more efficiently in the gym etc. Can't recommend this enough and there is no sudden crash bang but you gradually get to a much better place over a couple of day and then its maintained.
