Swear by these
I have had issues with heat injuries through most of my life. On my 2nd deployment overseas in desert, my exwife talked to a pharmacist and they recommended this product. It has been amazing in how I feel when working in hot climates, I stay hydrated even when sweating profusely. I no longer had issues with flushing water out shortly after I drink it. If you suffer from heat injuries, definitely give this a try.

CONVENIENT...research salt in the Word
CONVENIENT! High quality. Just a bit EXPENSIVE given that each tablet is good, ole NaCl table salt).
