Is this safe on plants?

I don't know for sure, but I wouldn't put any chemical like this on a plant, unless it states that it is ok for plants on the container. This is a strong chemical sanitizer. Most chemical sanitizers aren't safe for plants.

Can this product be used and patio cushions?

I’ve used it on my couches and furniture with no issues so far! If you’re worried try some on an inconspicuous spot and leave it for an hour. If no discoloration it should be good!
