I prefer Vitabiotics products. I have always used these vitamin D tablets. They come in handy strips, so you just pop one out when you need it. I prefer the strips as I can then check if I took it or not, also with the strip, it easily fits into your bag or pocket. Easy to swallow, and do the job.
