It’s very sturdy and worked wonderfully for packing shampoo for a flight. I can store most vegetables in it (a bunch of carrots fits in there perfectly). Although I used it for sous-vide and would do so again in a pinch it was too thick to be a perfect solution to plastic-free cooking. It’s impossible to get much air out and the thickness of the silicon means it takes a bit longer to heat the contents, but it’s still a nice way to avoid plastic while cooking the perfect steak. It was easy to wash and dries quickly.
