Is this an authentic? Why is it half the price of authorized Yamaha dealers?

As authorized authentic Yamaha music dealers, we are subject to minimum advertising pricing policies set by Yamaha. They tell the authorized dealer the lowest price they can advertise their products at. Other dealer who are not authorized dealers are categorized as gray market products. They do not purchase their products from Yamaha, but from other sources. Many of these dealers will then advertise their products are a level substantially lower than the authorized dealers.

Does this come with a case?

i also thought it didn't come with a case but to my surprise... it did, a beautiful one...i thought. it was packaged very well & the case even comes with a shoulder strap.

I just got my flutes and it doesnt play all the notes what do i need to do?

All flutes come with a full warranty and should be free to service from the seller. If the seller is unable or unwilling to fix the flute, you should return it and purchase the instrument from a reputable dealer.
