I live in California!** A: Because this showerhead uses a massive amount of water, way more than is allowed to use in California. I don't have those water restrictions and I still would not order it. The water heater is the 2nd largest energy user for a house, showerheads like this will cost you a lot more than you can imagine! **Q: How is the water pressure? I want a high water pressure** A: When I initially installed this I thought the pressure was sufficient, but realized I couldn’t have been more wrong after trying to take a shower! I had to use the part that’s supposed to be for cleaning to feel like I washed the soap off my body… **Q: How is the material quality of your shower casing? Mine breaks easily** A: It’s made of cheap plastic and has score marks on the side. It split at one of the score marks. Easy return and I ordered a new shower head from the newentor company that works great! I do not recommend this model. The material used in the newentor shower head is very firm, it is easy to install according to the instructions, and the water pressure of the shower is strong. **Q: Is the head metal as well? or just the hose?** A: Plastic. I'm not even sure the hose is metal! I was rather disappointed. It gives a powerful pressure with multiple settings. Easy to install. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Best Shower Head I've Ever Had! *by D***E on September 22, 2025* This is hands stinking down the best shower head I've ever had! I don't know why I waited so many years to finally try this out. This is apparently an updated version of the original. I have the 2.5GPM version and it definitely increased the shower pressure compared to my previous shower head which was a good quality 1.8 GPM head. Really, a night and day difference in pressure. It has a much wider spray pattern which covers about 80% of my body and opposed to the standard 30 to 40% body coverage. The dial firmly clicks to the different spray patterns which are a nice logical selection instead of the numerous goofy type sprays so many heads have. You can even have the wide spray with the center spray at the same time. Yes! And the washer spray at the top with the slide switch works very well with 2 different super high-pressure washer sprays. I've been using it for a couple weeks now with no issues and I love this thing so much I took a shower at 3 am one night just because I wanted to. This thing is SWEET! It's made of the typical solid sturdy plastic, and I got the Brushed Nickel style. The water spots wipe off easily as you can see in my last 2 photos. It comes with a long shower hose attachment and a self-adhesive wall mount that is a very nice second option to have the head on. I love this head so much I'm getting another for my other bathroom shower. It's worth every dollar and then some.
