Really versatile!!<3
I don’t know how to cook good rice for nothing, and I wasn’t expecting this to be as good as it was b/c it’s only one button!! Let me tell youuuu, it’s such a good buy and worth the money for people that don’t wanna watch rice cook while trying to cook something else!!! Even though it’s stainless steel, the rice barely stuck to the pan afterwards. It’s basically dummy proof lol it wasn’t hard to use. OH!! And you don’t have to keep monitoring the rice, it stops cooking it for you. Not Ai, I think it’s a timer. Last thing I love how I can cook food other than rice in it. And the website gives you ideas on what to cook too!! Ok bye.

The best rice cooker we've owned and the stainless steel bowl and streamer is awesome.
We wanted a bit smaller rice cooker, because our 8 cup cook up too much counter space and the bowl inside had the non-stick coating was scratching off with use. Yuk! I wanted a healthier option for my family of 4 adults that makes rice very often. I ordered this rice cooker and could not be more impressed! This 6 cup makes more than enough rice, it's cooks the rice perfectly and the 1 lever operation is very simple. Not having a non-stick coated bowl is wonderful and easier to clean, too. This medium sized cooker can cook many things and steam veggies, fish, chicken, etc.. while the rice is being made! It's cool! I love the size and fits nicely on our counter top, too. It's a little bit more for the stainless rice bowl and steamer, but I feel it was well worth the few dollars more. We love this price cooker and give it 5 Stars!

Awesome little rice cooker, does the job!
Great value for money here. We have a small household, about 3 folks and this makes plenty of rice for us. It cooks well and the rice is soft and delicious. As others have mentioned, the keep warm function will make the bottom rice burn/stick. What we did is unplug it after it's done cooking, and our rice has been PERFECT. Happy to find a rice cooker that uses stainless steel rather than non-stick.

pretty good, sticks as expected, wish it came in a smaller size
as expected, rice sticks like crazy, but that’s the price we pay to avoid nonstick polymers leeching into our food. it’s stainless, so it’s easy to clean and will likely last forever, but there is a hump in the middle to contact the heating element, and the manual says to be careful with vigorous cleaning as you may flatten it out and it won’t cook after that. so be careful. my main complaint is the size. most rice cookers come in a variety of sizes, but this one is one size. i cook for myself mainly, and even the minimum rice is way too much for one serving. not a big deal because it cooks fine with less rice and water, you just need to guess around to find the right amount to use. i would’ve loved to get a half size, but it is what it is. this one’s fine.

Use This Appliance a Lot!
Well made and so useful!! I'm a single, but it makes enough rice or steamed vegetables for 3-4 people. The keep warm feature is great. This appliance has become one of my most used. Trying to get away from non stick coatings so I appreciate that I was able to buy one with stainless steel pots. As to the rice burning, I haven't experienced that, but at first a bit of rice stuck to the bottom. Cleans easily though, and adding a bit more water eliminated that problem

Failed Upgrade - worse than the cheaper model
I have had an aroma rice cooker of this size for a few years now. It's actually the perfect size for a person like me - I eat rice most days, often for just myself or for 2-3 people. My cheapo one started giving inconsistent quality and I was concerned that the heating element was going out or one of the wires was getting old. I could have just bought another cheapo, but this rice cooker looked so much nicer. No non-stick coating to flake off, shiny and sleek looking. Even though it cost more than twice as much, I sprung for the stainless steel model. **That was a MISTAKE!** The rice always BURNS and sticks to the bottom of the pot!!! I have been using this style of automatic rice cooker since I was a little girl and I have NEVER seen rice burn like this. I tried all the tricks - greasing the bottom with oil or butter, more water, taking the rice pot out the second it clicked from "cook" to "warm" - it didn't matter. Every time we went to serve the rice, we would lose a good half inch, and scrubbing it is a total nightmare. I assumed that the unit was running too hot. But I inserted my old cheapo nonstick rice pot and magically, the next time I made rice, there was NO STICKING, NO BURNING! It came out perfectly fluffy and the pot was just as easy to clean as always. I can even let the pot run on keep warm for a bit before I return to the kitchen and serve it up. The main reason I want a rice pot are for convenience and to allow my children to make rice without my help. If I have to babysit the pot and it STILL burns, I would do better to just use a regular pot on the stove. Then at least it won't make a mess or become a fire hazard. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. If others have had better luck, then Aroma is producing an inferior product with inconsistent quality. My experience makes me want to go with a different brand next time. I'm so frustrated at the money I wasted.

The Little Pot that Cooks a Lot
Great rice cooker. Steel pot is solid and worth the purchase. Cooks white and brown rice perfect. Be prepared to scrub a steel pot because it is NOT nonstick but is a healthy option to coated pots. I have cooked rice, chili and a one pot rice dinner with vegees and chicken with no issues. We even tried a small pancake after coating the pot well. All turned out well cooked esp the chili which i was surprised at. Simple, takes up little space and cooker body is also metal. Good purchase

Stainless steel. No forever chemicals contaminating our rice. Non stick is great but not at the expense of your health. It cleans easy, nice and compact, simple rice cooker. Makes plenty enough rice for the 3 of us. I would buy again👍🏻

I tried to return as soon as i got it because the sockets were incompatible. They didn't pick it up nor refunded. I bought then and adapter just to learn that it's a stupid 110 volts appliance. It's ruined now and a complete waste of money.

Do not buy if you live in the United Kingdom. Product uses incompatible plugs and is 110v, does not specify this in any of the product description. Complete waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.
