Are these bottles suppose to have a seal on them after you remove the cap? Just wondering, since the 16oz I got does not have one.

Liquid or powder dye for this?

It’s a cream. I mix with the Refkin color which is also cream. Half and half of each.

I have dark hair if i use the 20 would it go up to blonde ? Or do i have to use 30 or even 40 but kinda scare

There is give and take, using a 20 it isn't going to lift more than about four shades lighter than you have. An option for making it look nice is to use a toner it'll do away with any brassy or orange tones. I would suggest a 30 with a toner the 40 will fry the hair off a wild boar so unless you have super strong hair i would avoid it.
