Request for refund

I requested a refund on June 30, 2022 since this part will not fit on my car. The refund gas not been received, although I shipped the part a month ago.

nice but missing clips

the trunk clips for this type of strut are not reusable and this set did not come with them. So was unable to install these correctly and reused old broken clips temporarily while I order new clips from Mercedes. These should come with the clips that gold the end to the trunk lid as it is a clip that is necessary for installation.
