Really helps with lower back pain. I use it once a day about 10 minutes at a time. Only downfall is the little spikes really dig into your back and are kinda painful.

as soon as you lay down on it, you can feel part of your back pop. But the upper part of mine doesn't with it. But I can't lay on it but a few minutes. It's just really for relieving the back for a bit. Laying on the hardwood floor feels really as good to me.

Great back stretcher. The adjustable arch is nice, to vary the stretch. My only complaint is the spikes. They absolutely are painful. However, I was able to flip it over and reinsert the pad. Unless you are a masochist, stay away from the spikes.

My back is unbearable after sitting in my office all day… This does a really great job of not only stretching and relaxing your back, but also giving it a quick alignment. I use this 2 or 3 times a day. I never felt so relaxed, just lay there for a few minutes and be at peace.

My issue with this product is only with how it fit my back. I believe it is better suited for someone with a smaller back. I am 6'3 and it was uncomfortable.

This works well for a good back stretch.
