**Q: Does the box comes with it as shown in the picture**
A: It does, though the box itself was damaged upon arrival. You don’t need the box

**Q: What do you polish the silverware with? After hand washing them they are now left with water marks that I cannot get off.**
A: hi, you can wash manually with soft towel and mild dish detergent.Then dried them off with a dry soft towel or let them air dry.  Water marks will not exist.

**Q: What is the length of the pieces?**
A: The 2-IN-1 serrated knives is 9", dinner forks is 7.8", dinner spoons is 7.8" and the teaspoons is 5.7".

**Q: Can this flatware set be engraved?**
A: I doubt since the gold is just a plant not metal
