Surviving a few weeks at the world's most lethal boarding school was one thing. But now comes the real test: Can November Adley find her missing father before her enemies find her ? Subterfuge is the name of the game in this thrilling sequel to Killing November , from the #1 New York Times bestselling author of How to Hang a Witch . After surviving a crash course in espionage at the mysterious Academy Absconditi, November has only one purpose: finding her missing father. Along with fellow student (and heartthrob) Ash, November follows the clues that her father left, embarking on the deadliest treasure hunt of her life. The first clue is in her hometown, where old friends beckon and unexpected enemies lurk around every corner. The second clue is in Europe, where revelations about her family's history will plunge her into an international web of deception, lies, and intrigue. The third clue is deep in enemy territory, surrounded by the most skilled assassins and master strategists, and where everyone wants her and her father dead. Can one girl with limited training infiltrate a centuries-old organization that is powerful enough to topple empires? November only knows that she'll do whatever it takes to save her father . . . or die trying. Review: Couldn't put it down - Another amazing read! Couldn't put it down, well written and had me gripped the whole way through! I need more!!!!! Review: I ADORE this series! - Please let there be another book. Please let there be another book. Please let there be another book! I adore this series! I said the first book was my best read of the year, so I had high hopes for the sequel, and it did not disappoint! It was so good!! I adore these characters! I was worried that we wouldn't get to see much of the students that we met at the Academy during the last book, but don't worry. The book starts out literally when the first book ended, which I so appreciated. You get to read one more day of classes at the Academy before they leave, and I'll admit, I did miss the Academy. But most all of the students that were important in the first book leave the Academy to join the action at some point in this book. These characters are EVERYTHING! ~November + Ash, Aarya, Ines, Layla, Matteo~ The plot was action-packed and kept you interested and invested. I wanted them to find the dad so bad, because like November, I had so many questions and suspicions. I found the ending to be really satisfying, and while it ended in a solid place, I still really hope that there will be another book! The first two just pushed November right into the Strategia world without her having any context really, first surviving the Academy and then trying to find her dad. So if there was a third book, she'd be an active Family member, being a real member of the Strategia society, and I'd LOVE to read that! I think she'll have a really good impact on their society because she was raised so differently. I 100% recommend this series for all to read! Please let there be another book!

It enraptured me
The sequel to "killing November",which I dearly loved, did not disappoint. There were enough twists to keep it interesting while still staying on the reasonable path instead of making up plot-twists for the sole purpose of being unpredictable. I missed the group interactions in the first half tho, so I still prefer the first volume. It definitely followed through tho, and I had so much fun reading this

Love this series!
I am extremely lucky to have been included in the ARC tour for this book. It starts off where the first book left off with November and Ashai getting ready to leave Academy Absconditi to search for her father. They start their journey by going back to where it began in Pembrook and from there they find themselves in the United Kingdom from Scotland to London. They are thrown into so many different deadly situations to find more clues that her father left for her to find. On their way there are surprise allies that show up to help with the mission. They find themselves in deep in enemy territory Where it comes to a very mind boggling, edge of your seat ending. I really love the chemistry between November and Ashai. It was very welcome surprise at how many allies came to help them on their mission to save her father and was very excited at how it all just worked. I can not wait to find out how November's story continues.

fast paced and fun to read
>Book Review – Hunting November >I am an independent reviewer. This book is the 2nd in the Killing November series and ends with an HEA. Ash and November decide to leave the school to hunt for November’s father. They have to get special permission to leave the school. As the story continues, 5 additional students leave the school to participate in the story. For a school that never lets anyone leave, they sure allowed a lot of students to leave. >Ash and November are being hunted by assassins, while trying to follow abstract clues to find her father. The story is fun with how Ash and November puzzle out the meaning of each clue, but super unrealistic. These clues are so off the wall, that it seems like dumb luck is the only way they are succeeding. The problems started with November’s parents marrying even though they were from different family groups. Apparently, this inter-marriage was outlawed, yet no one seems to care that Ash and November are together. They unite 3 different families; you would think this would be even more outlawed than her parents’ marriage. >The plot of the book is fun and moves the story along quickly. Danger is around every corner. Enemies become friends and secrets are revealed. I did like how November’s dad was so loving that the other students realized how cold their own parents were. This book is appropriate for a young adult (16+) audience. I am giving this book 4 stars. I would like to see Ash and November in the future, working together and changing history.
