**Q: Do these work on Basaglar insulin pens?**
A: I can't say for sure but if it uses a 4mm 32g needle these may work my wife has used these needles on Lantus humalog and levemer pens which all use 4mm 32g needles and these were 1/4 the price of getting them thru her insurance plan which doesn't cover needles

A: China. But,the needles work fine. Just like the expensive one's made in USA by BD.

**Q: Do these work on tresiba insulin pens?**
A: Yes!

**Q: do these work with the novolog flex pen?**
A: Yes, that is the insulin I take and they work fine
