I didn’t realize how much tension I was carrying in my legs and lower back until I started using this footrest. The memory foam is firm but comfortable — it doesn’t flatten out like cheaper ones. I love that it’s height-adjustable, so I can customize it depending on how I’m sitting. It instantly improved my posture and took pressure off my hips and lower back, especially during long desk and gaming sessions. The build quality feels premium, it stays in place on the floor, and the cover is soft and easy to clean. After using it for a few days, I noticed less stiffness and way better overall comfort while sitting. If you spend hours at a desk, do yourself a favor and get this. Simple upgrade, huge difference. I bought this footrest to help with hip and lower back pain from sitting at a desk all day. After using it, I've noticed a significant improvement in my comfort level and posture. so I am 30 but have had some major problems with my lower spine since early 20's and some bulging discs in the top as well which cause significant pain doing daily positions including sitting. I saw this for thirty one dollars after my PT recommended i search amazon for office chair footrests. Right away when sitting on my office chair and resting my feet on this I felt some pressure being relieved in my shoulders which I wasn't expecting, the nerves felt like tension was escaping. The nerves in my thighs/legs hurt less when using this. Definitely helps me enjoy long sessions at my computer completing tasks and playing my game instead of needing to lay on the couch. I would recommend, for the price can't complain about less pain with this. Does not seem to be cheaply made at all. Came with notes saying thanks for purchase, if the company didn't care about their product's quality they wouldn't put that

This footrest is exactly as described. The two-piece design offers excellent flexibility, allowing for multiple configurations to suit different needs. Both pieces are comfortable and adjust easily as intended. I’m especially glad I chose the teardrop style—it works perfectly for my setup. I’ve experimented with several of the suggested configurations and can see how the various options would accommodate different preferences and ergonomic needs. For me, this was an ideal choice. The overall design and construction appear to be high quality and durable. When used with socks, the surface is very comfortable, and the base grips the floor securely when in use. Overall, I believe this product offers great value for the price.

I had to jump on here and write a review because I can’t believe the difference this is has already made for me. I took a chance and purchased this foot rest during Prime Days. It was delivered the next day, which is already amazing to report. Anyway, I have never used one of these things before so I have nothing to compare this to. But, I am newly working from home and knew I needed to upgrade my whole desk situation fast as my current ergonomics are pretty bad. I took this foot rest out of the box and laid it on the floor with the plastic still on since I had no idea if I was going to keep it. However! WOW. This foot rest literally elevated my body and posture immediately. I could tell the fatigue in my feet disappeared only a few minutes into using it. I’m actually writing this review while still sitting in the same position! Anyway, something worth mentioning: I purchased a new seat cushion on Prime Days as well since my desk chair has seen better days. I kept hoping the cushion would feel comfy under my bum and thighs but it kept hitting me weirdly. So I began the process to return the cushion but realized that I had not tried the cushion out with the foot rest! So, I plopped the foot rest down on the floor and plopped the seat cushion in my chair. I sat down and BINGO! The foot rest immediately lifted my lower body to an appropriate position and height, and that new seat cushion feels amazing. It’s a perfect fit. I am ecstatic… it’s the little things, you know? I’m now keeping the seat cushion AND this foot rest. So before you return or throw out your cushions, consider elevating your body first with a foot rest! Also, another side note: it’s worth mentioning that of course this foot rest will vary per person, that's understandable. For reference, I am 5’4, weigh around 160 and have all of my lower body weight on this thing. It is solid. It is not sliding around. Also, my feet have good spacing between them and around them too as they rest on the foot rest. It is durable and high quality from what I can tell… and I am realizing that 20 minutes into this writing, the swelling in my legs is down! So please do yourself a favor: don’t overlook your lower back and feet when you’re setting up your desk at home. You really should consider purchasing something like this if you plan on sitting for hours. I’m going to buy one for my dear friend who just found out that she and her hubby are expecting their first child! I just know she’s going to appreciate feeling the immediate relief in her feet like I did. I hope this was helpful.

This is definitely worth the price. It assisted with my lower back pain so much I purchased one for my partner for her hip issues. The foot support is great and it is very sturdy

Adjustable height with additional cushions to be placed under the foot rest. Very happy with it.

It is good to have something soft to rest my feet on as it encourages foot movement. Ove time it will get dirty but I like that the cover is removable and hand washable.

Ich habe mir die Fußstütze gekauft, da ich auch eine Sitzunterlage habe, leider lässt sich mein Stuhl nicht weit genug absenken, um die Höhe der Unterlage auszugleichen, das ist mir jetzt mit der Fußstütze gelungen. Die Fußstütze ist wirklich bequem und lässt sich in der Höhe anpassen, indem man die (mit Klettverschluss fixierte) Basis entfernt oder hinzufügt. Das Material ist auch angenehm weich und kratzt nicht. Ich habe sie seit einem Jahr und zum Preis von 65,97€ gekauft und bin auch sehr zufrieden damit.

Me ha ayudado mucho a la circulación de mis piernas y además se siente muy bien al tacto con los pies/calcetines. La calidad es excelente y después de meses de usarlo no ha perdido la forma aún cuando trabajo más de 12hrs usándolo al día.

It is not adjustable as shown in the pictures. It is way overpriced for something that isn't adjustable.
