Hoping this one isnt hot??

Its very tasty and not TOO spicy. I can't tolerate TOO spicy but I love this product. I put it on everything from pizza to salad! I love the crunch and the flavor. Its mild.

Refrigerate after opening?

Yes.. you should always refrigerate after opening ! I personally use it on so many things including eggs in the morning, sauces, soups and chilis and dips! I think my favorite is with the scrambled eggs, onions and pepper and cheese! A FEAST!

Ingredients do not include any wheat products; thus, it appears to be free of gluten. Ingredients: olive oil, dried onions, dried garlic, dried red bell peppers, crushed chili peppers, toasted dried onions, sea salt, natural flavors, paprika oleoresin (color).

My item arrived damaged, how can I start the process for a refund or replacement?

I got mine today. The lid was loose and there is no type of seal on the jar, so it leaked out all over the place! I went to “start a refund” and it says not eligible for return!!! Not too happy!!
