Fantastic product. Pros- Rugged, looks great, surprisingly quiet. Cons- typical terrible Swedish instructions (see Ikea), install is slightly trial and error since order of doing things can be problematic... By the way, it's pronounced Tooley! :) This basket took a good 5 hours to install since we had never done it before. Definitely is a two person job to do it right. Be sure to measure! In a 21 Crosstrek it's fantastic since the aero bars still allow Sunroof operation. Be prepared for a 2-3 mpg drop. Still well worth it! Got the Cargo net and locks to go with it.
