this product is NOT for normal people who dont have breathing nose issues. for people like me where their nose are loose making it hard to breath. this is just amazing

I have tried several brands of nasal strips and this one is the best by far for not coming off while sleeping. I wouldn't go back to another brand now unless this brand became unavailable.

I wear one for bed and it Works very well.It Lasts all night. And I breathe so much better!

Die Idee ist grundsätzlich gut und es funktioniert. Ich schnarche tatsächlich weniger.Aber: Dieses Produkt ist nicht so gut wie beschrieben. Ich hatte zuletzt ein Produkt von einer Drogeriekette. Alle Pads haben das Problem, dass sie nicht die ganze Nacht durchweg kleben. Ich habe die Klebepads zwei Nächte probiert. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit ist es abgefallen. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen

I find these nasal strips effective for improving breathing, reducing congestion, and enhancing sleep quality. There are significant improvements in airflow and alertness.Adhesion and Application: The strips stay on better than older versions, particularly for a person with oily skin, but proper preparation is key. Washing and drying the nose thoroughly—sometimes even using an alcohol pad—helps them adhere securely overnight. Applying lotion beforehand can make it difficult for the strips to stick.Removal and Residue: While removing the strips isn't painful, they tend to leave a sticky residue that can be difficult to wash off. Showering and gently rubbing the area can help.Overall, these nasal strips are highly effective, but one should be mindful of proper application techniques and removal methods for the best experience.

Let me be honest: these nose strips have saved my life. I have suffered from allergies all my life and sleeping has been a trial. Years ago, I saw an ad for Breath Right and thought it was worth a try. OMG. The first night I tried one, I could breathe...oxygen...through my nose. I had never experienced that sensation before without taking cognitive degenerating pills (allergy pills)! The guy who invented this strip (as simple as it is) should get a Nobel prize. I have used thousands of these strips and I can honestly say I am addicted to them. I think that is a good thing. One word of caution: the tape used to stick the strip on your nose is very sticky. Unless you are careful, it can remove skin from the bridge of your nose where the skin is thin and tender when you remove the strip in the am. What I do is put a small piece of paper (or a piece of the paper used to protect the adhesive) right in the middle of the strip before pacing it on my nose. This protects the skin on the bridge of my nose from damage and it doesn't affect the performance of the strip. I will say again: this product changed my life (for the better).
