Worked Perfectly!
Before ordering this to repair product for my Kenmore washer, I watched a ton of YouTube videos on how to repair a Kenmore washer's suspension rods. In the spin cycle, the washer was really dancing and banging around. I became convinced that I could do the repair myself, so ordered this. It was not hard to install, but since I am not an appliance repairman, it also was not the easiest. From what I understand, it takes a repairman about 20 minutes to replace the suspension rods. It took me over 1 1/2 hours. A Kenmore does not have a slot to slip the rods out of, unlike some other brands, so after unhooking the upper parts of the rods, I had to turn the washer on its back to pull the rods from out underneath. Now do NOT forget to tape the lid to the top of the washer or it will bang open on you. Also I highly recommend you watch several YouTube videos of how to repair your brand of washer. Net result is, however, I am very happy with this product and it's quality. I ran a test wash load and it worked GREAT!
