I am using a lot of jalapenos lately and was finding seeding them a pain. So I looked online to see if there was a way that was easier than how I was doing it, and I came upon this tool. I decided to take a chance and order it. Wow, it is great!! Works perfectly every time. I buy all different sizes of peppers and it has worked on all of them. I like that it also scrapes out the membranes as well. I get beautiful sliced rings of jalapenos to garnish with. I also like to remove the membrane to lessen the heat as well. This tool feels nice to use due to the handle shape. You can really get a perfect empty pepper so easily. Cleanup is easy as well, just rinse and wipe dry. I love this tool. I am not a fan of kitchen gadgets that you hardly ever use. But this is definitely a tool not a gadget. It is especially nice if you have sensitive skin when handling hot peppers as I do. Love it.

Love this. Not sure how I lived without it 62 years. I love a salad with peppers everyday and this little gem cleans the mini sweet peppers out clean with one twist. A miracle! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This was easy to use and seems sturdy. We love bacon wrapped Jalapeños and this tool cut my prep time to about 1/3 what it was with just a knife and the peppers are left whole which is something that's really not practical when using a paring knife. If anything the peppers were too clean. There wasn't much heat left except at the very tip of the pepper. I'll probably try to leave a little more membrane next time because they should have some heat. I'm not one for specialty tools in my small kitchen , but this one earned a spot in the drawer.

I have bought a few different pepper corers and this is the best. The peppers I got very in size and this works well for all of them. I make an Italian pepper relish and so it’s fine is the peppers brake, but it doesn’t always happen. Mostly when I am going fast. Lots of peppers. It works great! Highly recommend.

Anyone who has ever cooked knows the difficulty of coring a jalapeño without either cutting your hand or ending up with jalapeño juice all over your hands. This thing is an exceptional product that I found on the suggestion website and I’m glad that I did. No matter the size of the jalapeño it does a great job of removing the core and leaving the skin of the jalapeño intact. It removes only the core and the ribbing leaving you with the product that you want to use and cooking. The greatest thing is it keeps all of that juice off your hands, so you’re not washing your hands continually to avoid getting it in places you don’t want.

We grow our own Sweetie peppers every summer, and I wanted to find a good corer to help when I process over 10 lbs. of mini peppers. This RSVP International Endurance Collection Vegetable Core & Seed Remover makes my job easier. I can easily scrape out the core and seeds. There is a serrated edge to cut the top off, but I feel that I can't control using it as a tool to cut with and would rather use a knife to cut the tops off, first. It's narrow enough for almost any size of small pepper, as some don't grow bigger than others.

Very good quality, a little big for small banana peppers, but it other than that, it works extremely well.

I absolutely love this thing! The other tools I’ve used for coring out jalapeños have worked, but some were a pain, this one is super easy and it works perfectly, I love it. Definitely recommend!
