Super easy, came with everything needed. Used another brand that the earrings fell out too easily - had ZERO issue with the Firstomato kit! Excellent results, fast, painless (as a piecing can be anyway). Feels sturdy, not flimsy or cheaply made. Pen was super useful and the alcohol pads were perfect for sanitizing. Cute, simple gold balls - slightly smaller than a BB. Look great and were sharp for easy piercing. Would purchase again.

This is the second hime piercing kit I have used. This was by far easier than the first one I purchased. This unit shoots the stud instead of you supplying the pressure. ZERO pain with this system. I did the 3rd hole with system. 100 percent recommend! This unit would be great for cartilage piercing.

Completely and absolutely painless! Really easy to use, just mark where you want to have the piercing with the included surgical marker, line up the piercing gun (it helps to hold the backing against the back of your ear and line the barb of the earring with the mark you made), and just squeeze… the auto-piercer literally takes care of the rest in an instant. And when I say “no pain”, I mean it… I expected SOMETHING, but I’m almost five hours post piercing, and besides a VERY slight irritation that lasted about 5-10mins about 30mins after I did my ear, I’ve had nothing at all, even after giving it a clean with peroxide before bed. 100% would recommend for someone wanting to pierce their ears on the cheap!

This ear thing piecing kit was so easy to use and the pain was a bare minimum at most. So happy with my purchase and saved me $$ versus going to a professional piercer.

Update: first lobe ball healed nicely and I did another a few weeks ago. Also great experience! Added another photo of the 2 ball earrings. Another great product from Firstomato! My first purchase was their nose piercing kit; also a great buy! This disposable ear piercing kit is simple, clean and much less expensive than going to a piercing place for ear piercing. I’ve used lidocaine spray with all my at home piercings just to help with the anxiety. I highly recommend if you’re hesitant. The packaging verified sterilization, the alcohol pad was still moist (although I used my own rubbing alcohol spray) and the marker was perfect!! The spring mechanism worked as described. Zero pain with lido spray. Highly recommend for easy lobe or high cartilage piercings.

This kit is incredible. I love that everything you need is included and the preloaded guns are individually sealed for safety. I was shocked how easy it was to use. Just mark the spot, line up the stud, and squeeze- DONE! I gave my mom a third piercing on her lobe yesterday and she said, “That’s it? Wow!” I would 100% buy and use this again for family and myself. So much fun!

The piercing gun worked really well—quick, easy, and clean. The earrings are pretty and feel secure. My only complaint is that the 6-prong design tends to catch on clothing or towels, which is painful with fresh piercings. Just something to be aware of. Overall, a great kit for at-home use!

I only used 1 and just kept the 2nd one’s earring. Quick and easy, not painful.

Holistic kit with everyyou could need!

Wow!!! This piercing gun kit is absolutely amazing! My granddaughter wanted a second piercing in her ears, so I ordered these. I did use some tattoo numbing cream on her ear lobes first. I measured twice, marked her lobes, looked to make sure they were marked evenly giving enough space for any size earring she may choose to wear in that second piercing. She was nervous for the first gun, the click sound scared her but she said that didn't hurt at all and was relaxed and fine for the second one. She had zero redness, no pain and no swelling and absolutely no infection whatsoever. We used a 100% sterile saline to clean them, and we kept her long hair tied up for the first week and a bit. No touching them with dirty hands was a must. This kit is amazing! I cannot say enough great things about it. It's easy to use, works incredibly well at a fraction of the price at salons giving perfect piercings! The cleaning is up to you. ;) Absolutely recommend!

I had an ear piercing at a salon just a few weeks before using this product and would highly recommend this product over the salon. The salon was expensive and I experienced some pain. This product was great and with the spring loading the process is very quick and NOT painful whatsoever. I highly recommend it. I have used it myself and with another using it and making sure you get pierce the exact location it is easier with another person.

Older holes had partially grown over so was able to use as a guideline to pierce. Used without assistance. If I was creating a new piercing I would have wanted someone to assist with placement. Very easy to use. Quality was good - didn't turn ears green - have had in for approx 3 months.
