I’m really happy with this ab machine. It feels sturdy and well-built, and it was easy to put together. It doesn’t take up much space and works exactly as described. I can definitely feel it targeting my core after each workout. Great option for at-home workouts!

Perfect as advertised and really works!

I bought this as an addition to my home gym and based on the many positive reviews, and I'm glad I did! I mostly wanted to use this for knee tucks to work my lower abs, and it definitely does the job. I also use it for declined situps. I find it to be sturdy and well constructed. Took about 5 minutes of unboxing, and about 15 minutes to put it together. The instructions are adequate, and all tools needed were included. This thing absolutely works, after doing 3 sets of 10 knee tucks my abs were burning, and thats on the easy setting! I took off 1 star because the electronic watch counter doesn't work, I really don't care I wasn't going to use it anyway. I suggest you save the included wrenches in case you need to re-tighten the bolts in the future. Great piece of equipment, very effective and at a good price. Highly recommend!

Awesome product and it can slide right under my bed. this thing will have you winded. has great padding on it and pin to hold the machines position feels sturdy enough. worth the money.

Assembly was terrible as the nuts would not fit tightly on the bolts. I rant to Hone depot and Lowe’s trying to find different nuts but they are all the same. I was able finally to tighten up watching youtube for assembly instructions as paper instructions are terrible. The knee pads are stiff and thin, there is a strain on the back when you slide up and down. An abdominal crunches feel good, lying on the back and crunching not comfortable.
