**Q: Will this fit into a Vox AC10?**
A: If it has a 10 in speaker, yes, it should fit

**Q: what is the hole to hole distance across the diameter?**
A: Since it is already installed, I can't tell you but I can say I upgraded/replaced a vox VT40X speaker and the G10 lined up perfectly.  I would think mounting holes are universal in most same sized speakers.

**Q: Can two of the 60w speakers handle a Marshall tsl 100 head**
A: As long as the ohms are correct, yes. If your amp puts out 100 watts at 8 ohms, it would be perfectly handled by two of these speakers wired for 8 ohms as their power handling is 60w apiece, two could handle 120ish watts.
