Did it do anything to actually help your hair actually Grow Strong??

Not that I personally noticed. It does smell really good though and leaves your hair feeling clean. I love the Grow Strong shampoo but I'm not a fan of the conditioner (it left my hair feeling heavy and greasy and is really hard to wash out). Best of luck!
