It's already mixed to the perfect ratio. If you want to use it for your humidor, do not mix any more water in it.

It is completely dependant on the size of your humidor and the natural humidity in your area in which you live.

Is this used for seasoning?

I guess you could but I would season with distilled water and use this to maintain. Someone reviewed that it would not maintain higher than 58% in their NEW humidor?????? It is a new humidor. Don't store cigars in a NEW humidor. It could take weeks to season one.
