I like the book(s) they are in very good condition but the Amazon ordering and buying process, I think, is to blame as I did not get a chance to review my order properly before payment was taken and realised too late that I had ordered two of these by mistake. I immediately asked for only one to be sent to me but my request was totally ignored and returning it would have cost me more than the price of the book, so I have ended up with two instead of the one that I wanted

It’s a bit light weight but it’s worth reading for a start up manager or a manager looking for tips on what motivates people.
