I am a regular guy with some hair issues and I like this device. Depending on the treatment area and the strength/length/coarseness/density of the hair to remove, it can be absolutely barbaric at first, and results (and pain reduction) are best achieved gradually over time with repeat sessions. It's very safe on flatter/firmer body parts and doesn't cut or nick the skin like shaving can, but the skin may take some damage with red bumps after each hair that's been pulled. These bumps can be visible for over 24 hours. It's loud, but not in your average shaver kind of way - more of a drill type noise. Overall: 5 stars because the results are very satisfying.

I was trepidatious to try this, because shavers hurt and I didn't dare try waxing. My God, I really shouldn't have waited so long. TBH yes, it hurt the first time I used it last night, but I can take it. Don't think my legs have been this smooth since I was a baby. No looking back now. Don't hesitate, just buy it and try it.
