I was recommended to take this vitamin and I bought this brand. So far, I am really happy with what I feel the results are supposed to be. It is so hard to review a vitamin. My job requires me to remember numbers and other critical information about several ongoing projects. I am getting older and my memory is not what it used to be when I was younger. I’ve been using consistently for several years. I like that the K2 and D3 are together within the same capsule. It’s the only one my family and I use daily. No negative side effects have been experienced by us. We also make sure to take Magnesium glycinate with it as well.

I only take these 3 times a week since they are of a higher dose, and I do go out in the sun so feel I only need it those times and feel there of pretty good quality..
