اشتريت اللون البنفسجي وزن ٣ باوند حلوه ومريحه بالمسكه، لكن تاكد اول شي انك تحسب الوزن صح.. الوزن حق الدنابل هذي بالباوند اقسم الوزن على ٢.٢ ويطلع لك بالكيلو جرا مثال، انا اخذت البنفسجي ٣ باوند ف نقسمها على ٢.٢ يطلع وزنها ١.٣ كيلو

Really happy with this for its price through Amazon haul! It’s hard to find weights that don’t seem overpriced to me, these are great, have good grip and I’ve had no issues with them.

Good purchase
These are just the right weight for me to start gaining muscle back in my arms, after a large weight loss. They are of good quality, they are covered in a nice rubber like coating that is soft to the touch. They are small enough that i can take them with me when I travel. My dog has got hold of them a couple times and played with them, and they held up just fine without any damage.
