Helps keep back elbow tight to body for golf swing

It works... plain and simple. As a right handed golfer I've always struggled with keeping my right elbow close to my body when swinging a club... thus, my 'chicken wing' right elbow flairs out causing a slice. I used it on a regular round of golf with my son & immediately hit the two best 8 irons of my life... straight as an arrow... being a middle aged guy that has read dozens of articles and watched dozens of YouTube and Tik Tok videos for instruction I was flabbergasted at how quickly I saw immediate improvement on my golf ball control.
