Snug fit but really work

These are a great compromise if you want to have your toes above freezing but equally don’t want the full on neoprene socks. Very comfortable, easy to slide on and off, I’m size 6 and they fitted me well.

I ice bath regularly and if it wasn’t for these toe caps there would be no way I could plunge as cold and as long as I do! I love them so much, they have a bit of stretch and fit over just my toes and slightly up my foot, I wear a size 9 ladies, they fit snug and even though some water seeps in and it only covers my toes it makes all the difference. (My son size 12 mens can fit them over his large wide foot) highly recommend!!

I’m so thankful a member of my treatment team told me about these for ice baths. Toe pain was the limiting factor in keeping my foot in an ice bath for the prescribed 20 minutes (Achilles tendinitis). We’ve all been told about frostbite and how our toes could fall off, so my imagination didn’t help when trying to endure the pain of frozen toes! These sometimes leak a little, but the small amount of water that gets inside is quickly warmed and stays much warmer than outside the cryo cap. I have to wear it diagonally to make it more secure on smaller feet (would be good if they came in different sizes). My toes are normal color when I remove them despite the rest of my foot and lower leg being red from cold exposure. Well worth the exorbitant cost.

These little toe booties are amazing. I do daily ice baths and the hardest part was staying in the tub with frozen toes. I think my extremities are hyper sensitive. I have also tried neoprene socks, and I by far prefer these toe covers to the full socks because the full socks cover my heal and ankles preventing the benefits of inflammation reduction. Would buy again.
