Would this be suitable for LT truck tires? i run 10py 35" too at ii

Yes it will be fine. I have 35's and have aired up multiple sets of 4 tires after hitting trails. We usually air down to 18-20 psi and takes about 10 minutes to air back up to 35 psi.

The hookup attachments to both the car outlet and the tire are not pictured, just the machine. Are they included and how many feet are they?

It is 5' power and usable 10-11' on the air hose net usable about 16. the more expensive dual 2781 is 10'+13'. On this that s enough get to the rear spare tire on a wrangler. So OK for most single vehicle but not for trailer without disconnecting trailer. If you wanted more distance I would not cut the 12v cable, just get a good clamped connection with a decent set of jumpers. This does bring up something else -- which is the air connections are PROPRIETARY, which means you cant just add another length of air hose, you will have to jury rig with barbs and hose clamps . When I was calibrating my deflators using spare tire I learned the hose was stressed and the air hose as a WEAK point on this which makes the proprietary set up a nasty surprise . And smitybilt was not selling any spare parts, NONE, when I called
