Does this work for a ktm 450 sxf?

Yes, they work on my 2017 KTM 450 sx-f & on my 2021 KTM 450 sx-f & my wifes 2018 KTM 250 xc-f and my brothers 2015 450 xc-f & my fathers 2016 KTM 500 exc-w.

How long are the straps?

From the tie down point to the straps around the bars would be a maximum of 6 feet.

This ad is deceiving. Is this for one strap or is this a two pack? also how long are they are these 10' are they 6' ?

6 Feet is the useful maximum length. I have two straps. I wouldn't spend $35 a strap. I will have to check the listing again though as I'm old and memory isn't perfect.
