Men's Apollo MA-1 Flight Jacket

Wow. I've been looking for the words to describe this amazing jacket, but I'm at a loss of words. Point blank this jacket is the best I've ever seen, worn and brought. The quality of this jacket is off the charts. Everything on the jacket feels very durable. (zipper, buttons, patches, etc.) If your worried about the price, just remember you're paying for quality and this jacket is just that, QUALITY. Fits perfectly and does its job while being fairly light. Received it 2 days after purchase and fully intact. Only downside is if you don't like attention or talking to strangers, because people will ask you how and where you got it. I've gotten these questions from children to elderly, people think I work for nasa or something, which is funny because I'm only 18. This is my absolute hands down favorite jacket and I find every excuse to wear it out. It'd be amazing to see if you guys can top the looks and feels of the jacket. Definitely will be purchasing from them again. Alpha Industries, great job you've out done yourself.

I love this jacket. Beautiful quality. Went out on a limb ordering Men‘s size small. I have another Alpha Industries jacket in a Women’s size Medium. This fits perfectly. Nice amount of stretch in the waist band for a snug fit.

This is definitely a nice coat. It's warm, extremely comfortable and despite it's overall bulky size, very easy to move around in. The appearance of this jacket is much better than the picture. For me, this was a "Must Have" I have always been a big fan of the Apollo missions and have always tried to find something like this, but never could until now. It features the Apollo 11 mission patch and the NASA insignia on the front. The left arm has the American flag and a Zippered pocket with a "remove before flight" ribbon on the zipper itself. The back has All the significant Apollo missions patches surrounding the Apollo program patch itself. If you are a fan of the first space missions then this is the jacket for you. I also highly recommend this product to anyone also looking for a very Warm winter jacket with a lot of style.

I couldn't be more satisfied. I've had this jacket for over a year and decided that I liked it so much I would order another in case it ever wears out, which now seems unlikely. I'm just an Apollo geek so it's always good to have a backup. I always get compliments on it. Yesterday I wore it to Washington, DC for a work visit and no less than 8 people spoke to me about how much they liked the jacket. Originally I thought that maybe it was too busy with all the patches, but now I realize it's very cool and people seem to enjoy checking out the different mission patches. On top of that, it's pretty warm. It easily keeps me comfortable in freezing and windy weather. In fact, now I am disappointed that spring is coming!

The jacket itself is great. My only criticism is that Alpha Industries does not make them in women sizes. I'm a XS-S women size, and the smallest they had for this jacket was XS men, so it's a bit baggy on me. But I really wanted the jacket, so I'm putting up with it. I really wish Alpha Industries considers making them in women's sizes as there are quite a lot of women who love the Apollo era, not just men and boys.

Great attention to detail. The Mission patches/Apollo program needlepoint is excellent. All seams are clean, neat, and well finished. Zippers are heavy-duty and well attached. The hang of the garment is excellent. I'd buy again from Alpha Industries in their heritage line.

It is extremely well made and also acts as a unique reminder of one of man’s greatest accomplishments. Very pleased with the quality. The fit is very comfortable (I ordered XL and I am 5’11” with a heavy build). This has already become my “go to” casual jacket.

Best bomber jacket I've purchased so far. It's pretty pricy, however you can see and feel the quality once you put it on. It's pretty warm as well. Expect lots of compliments and questions on where to cop from strangers and friends.
