Will this fit if you have a big head??

No! I'm 6'2" with 7 5/8 or so head and it was too small. I cut off the ears portion and was able to use it but it was mega tight all night.

Was it hard to sit in your car with the skullcap on?

It depends on how tall you are, and the headroom in your car. But I would say overall its not a challenge.

What product can I use to paint this mask to match skin tone?

I used Krylon spray paint in brown. Worked great. But make sure it is shaped correctly before spraying it. Don't spray it flat.
