Although these tablets are massive I like that they’re easy to snap in half to swallow more easily. I don’t know if they’re good for people exercising, as I got these to reduce my POTS symptoms. High salt increases my blood pressure to healthy levels and these tablets have a good range of different salts with few other ingredients. They recommend 2 tablets a day and they’re vegan friendly. And are uk certified. And they were on offer when I bought them. So all good news. They should probably warn you that electrolytes shouldn’t be taken by people with high blood pressure. And drink loads of water with them.

Ok ok hear me out, I know there are obviously fabulous benefits from taking electrolytes. I’ve found these useful during water fasts and general supplementation if I’m feeling a little bleurgh. But these are SO good when you wake up after a heavy sesh, paralyzed with the fear and a lingering taste of last night’s kebab. Pop two of these in the morning and I’m as right as rain after a wee while. They’re quite big; which is my only slight critic, so if you find it hard to swallow big pills you may want to cut them in half. So good though and worth the price
