I bought this as I was going to a wedding for the day and a friend had recommended getting an automatic feeder. My usual cat sitter was not available. I tried out the feeder a few times before the actual day it was needed and it worked perfectly (no pun intended!) As I was out the entire day, I set the two feeders at different times to ensure my cat had food all throughout the day. The timer was easy to use and it only needs one AA battery. I really liked the cooling block that slots easily underneath as it kept the food fresh all day. When I came home it had worked and my cat was happy and content. I would recommend buying an extra cooling block so you have one ready in the freezer ( which is what I did). Customer service from the company that supplied the product was excellent as I enquired about one of the parts as I thought one was missing (the white clip which sits next to the cooling block). It turns out that it is only meant to have one clip! I would highly recommend this product.

Product as described and works fine. Nice and simple to use. Picked it up with the lid not closed properly and the whole lid detached but it was easy to click back into place. Nice and easy to wash trays. Only downside is that the timer (a basic clock mechanism) keeps running so that if you put it in a drawer and don't use it for a few days the lids pop open inside the drawer which can make it awkward to get out! Could do with an off switch rather than having to keep taking the batteries out.

We have had this cat bowl for a few weeks now. We recently acquired a cat and he doesn’t really like other people so its been difficult to go away. I have used this device twice for wet food when we have gone away. It seems to keep the food nice and fresh when you use the ice pack. The time allows you to set an opening time anything up to 48 hours later. It works without any particular problem and is easy to use (just adjust the dial for the amount of hours you want it to delay opening for). You can set a different timer for each bowl which has been a godsend for overnight trips The height of the bowl is perfect for our average sized cat, it comes with feet if you want to prop it up higher. The only thing i would say is the individual cat bowls are not made of the thickest plastic but they seem durable enough for what they are. Overall i would say i am very impressed with this product. I would recommend it to anyone who needs an automatic cat feeder. We have used this specifically for when we are away as opposed to daily feed but i’m sure that would work fine to. Given there are many more expensive models on the market i think this product is good value for money and does everything we need it to.

Use this as my cat is on thyronorme… fantastic… gets her feeds 12 hours apart and treats in between. Happy cat 😺

Very handy feeder have used it loads and it's still going strong. Battery life is incredible

I thought Ii wasn't going to need this because I don't leave the cat for long. But at one point she was left alone all day until the evening, and although I could have left all the food out for the day, I wanted to make sure she finished the older stuff first, and only then started on the fresher meat. So I set the timer for about 4 hours, and also used the ice thing to keep it fresher for longer. It worked very well, so I'm very pleased with my purchase

Simple to use, tricky to see if the battery is making the dial move but after a test run you know it does but a great option for over night or weekend trips away

明け方にお腹空いて鳴くのでネコ用に購入、時間をセットするとその時間にフタが静かに開くので人間の睡眠も邪魔されないし、匂いで気づいておとなしく食べてくれるので静かになりました。単三電池一個なので使用しない時は電池ぬけば良いし買って正解でした。

I love these. They have never malfunctioned on us. We use them every night to set up their breakfast so they are not waking us up at 5am lol. Great for leaving the kitties home for a night. The battery life has been impressive. I bought ours about 3 months ago and have yet to change the batteries. I do think it is good value, but note that the material is cheap. I’m not sure if it would survive if we dropped it, but honestly for the price and for how simple it has made our life I highly recommend it. So easy to use and dependable.
