What does it mean by citrix currently not supported. i go in through citrix to get to epic which is where i will use this device

I have had no problems using this microphone and dictating through citrix into epic

Nothing, they are all the same. They only work with the medical edition version.

Nuance makes a "medical" line of their products so they can charge medical personnel much more. They also make their regular speech recognition software (non-medical versions) purposely break (simply not work) with other brands of medical software . They are a very, very shady company. Beware.
