It's like a tan gold color it's very pretty and even though it's super small it last a long time! I hope this helps you!

How big is the tube and compact?

The compact is small- a little bit larger than the average single eyeshadow compact. Tube is decent size. I've got a full sized compact of another Becca highlighter and I doubt I'll ever go through it, though, and this is easier to take with.

Can this be used as blush?

No, this is a highlighter. It is too light to be used as blush.
